Jamie Vince of Old Lorry Farm Shop, Sandwich Road, Hacklinge devastated after Christmas turkeys stolen

What appears to be professional thieves have raided the Old Lorry Farm Shop stealing turkeys, sausages, a chain saw and CCTV machines.

They targeted the Hacklinge business through the night or early morning of Tuesday and Wednesday.

Owner Jamie Vince, said “I’m gutted but they won’t break me.

“I drove up this morning (Wednesday) and noticed there was something wrong.”

He saw the lock was broken off and inside looked like “World War Three”

“They cut the phone line from across the road and came through the back field and smashed the fence down by driving in.

Christmas is the busiest time and the cut phone line means staff can not take card payments.
