Shocking images show what appears to be blood splattered on the pavement where a glass door was smashed.

The pictures were taken this morning outside Warren's hair salon in Church Street in Dover.

Police were called at 3.56am to reports of a disturbance.

No arrests have been made.

Officers are continuing their inquiries.

A Kent Police spokesman said: "Police are investigating a report of criminal damage in Church Street, Dover.

"The window of a business property was smashed overnight between May 11 and 12.

"No arrests have been made and enquiries are ongoing."
