A driver was been airlifted to a London hospital following a crash on a country road near Faversham.
Police, firefighters, paramedics and the air ambulance were called to a two-vehicle smash on Throwley Road, Ospringe, at about 4pm.
A witness said the crash looked serious.
Two men in one car and a woman in the other car were treated for injuries, a police spokesman has confirmed.
The two drivers were taken to a London hospital, one by air and one by road, while a passenger was taken to a local hospital.
Police warned the road will be closed while the vehicles are recovered and drivers are advised to seek alternative routes.
