CCTV image released in Folkestone rape investigation

Police appealed for help following a rape in Folkestone.

An image of a man was released by the force as part of the investigation into the attack.

It took place at a private address in the Cheriton area of the town overnight between Wednesday, September 9 and Thursday, September 10.

Officers have since been carrying out an investigation and issued a CCTV image of a man they believed may be able to help them with their enquiries.

He has since been identified.
