Total 45 cannabis plants seized in police raid on property at Dover Road, Folkestone.

A total 45 cannabis plants have been seized in a drugs raid.

The plants, plus growing equipment, was found when police targeted an address in Dover Road, Folkestone, yesterday.

One man has since been arrested.

A police spokesman said: “Kent Police carried out a warrant under the Misuse of Drugs Act at a residential address in Dover Road.

“A total 45 cannabis plants and cultivation equipment were seized.

"No one was in the address at the time but a 29-year-old man from Folkestone has subsequently been arrested this morning and is currently in police custody."
