Water company considers long-term supply issues

A KENT water company's plans to ensure water supply for the next 25 years include asking customers to use less.

Customers of Folkestone and Dover Water will need to cut their daily water consumption by 30 litres a day under plans drawn up to tackle supply issues.

The company said it had drafted a strategy and people would be able to comment on the plans.
