Kent all-rounder Ben Harmison continued his return from injury by turning out for Folkestone in the Kent League on Saturday.

Harmison, who scored 160 for Kent's 2nd XI against Surrey in Maidstone last week, made his Folkestone debut in their Premier Division fixture at Bromley.

He hit 30 off 29 deliveries and played a key role in the field as the match ended in a draw.

Folkestone captain Andy Bray said: "Ben was really positive and it was good to have him involved with the guys.

"He was constantly talking to the younger players and he was a credit to himself and the county. He was offering advice in the field, talking to the guys about field settings.

"We’ve got a young side, three guys under 19 and for them to have conversations with someone like Ben was a massive help.

"Massive credit to him and hopefully we’ll have him available for a few more games."
