Car set alight in Livingstone Road, Gravesend, as driver flees crash

Three cars ended up on fire after a Honda driver fled the scene of a crash and set the vehicle alight.

Police and crews from Thames-side fire station were called to Livingstone Road in Gravesend at 10.25pm yesterday, when they found the three vehicles engulfed in flames.

Officers believe that one of the vehicles, a Honda CR-V, was involved in a collision with another car in Stanley Crescent, off Franklin Road, Gravesend, two hours earlier.
