Showcase Cinema de Lux Bluewater open four state of the art screens

A cinema has announced the opening of four state-of-the-art screens in time for the latest Star Wars film.

People will be able to experience Showcase Cinema de Lux Bluewater’s extension when Star Wars: The Last Jedi is released on Thursday December 14.

The additional auditoriums make Bluewater the only cinema in the South East to offer 17 screens.

Each screen offers fully customisable recliner seats for guests watching the latest blockbusters.

One of the new screens is the large format XPlus, featuring a giant wall-to-wall screen stretching almost 64 feet wide and 27 feet high.

Mark Barlow, general manager of Showcase Cinemas UK, said: “We aim to give all our guests the best possible experience when visiting our cinemas.
