Ebbsfleet lifted the John Robinson League Cup A after a thrilling 6-5 penalty shoot-out win against Fulwich Hotel, after being twice behind.

Hotel went ahead through Craig Farmer’s header but an own-goal made it 1-1. Fulwich restored their lead through Ahrar Hussain but Ebbsfleet equalised through Eddie Reynolds.

After a goalless extra-time, Hotel missed a penalty that would have won them the trophy and after missing another, Ebbsfleet held their nerve to lift the trophy.

Adam Jackman’s hat-trick helped New Ash Green ease past Brentstonians and book a President’s Cup final clash with Valley Rovers.

Rovers overcame Milton and Denton Reserves 3-1 after extra-time in the other semi-final.
