Tribal tattoo and initials on a jumper could help police investigation into Wrotham Road burglary

Offices investigating an aggravated burglary are asking for help from the public to identify a man from a tattoo.

The incident happened at a property in Wrotham Road, Istead Rise overnight on July 13 and 14.

Four men threatened the people living in the home with knives before a large number of watches and jewellery were stolen.

No serious injuries were reported but police are carrying out inquiries.

Detective Constable Oliver Tween, the investigating officer for this case, said:"We have carried out numerous enquiries into this incident and have identified some people on CCTV who we believe have important information on the events that occurred.

"The first is a man who has a distinctive, tribal style tattoo on his forearm. The second is of a man wearing a light coloured hoodie with what appears to be the initials ‘SA’ next to the kangaroo pocket.

"Anyone with information on the identity of these men is asked to call us on 01474 366149 quoting XY/43486/18.
