Wrotham home of Peaches Geldof remains abandoned as first anniversary of her death approaches

The Kent home of Peaches Geldof remains abandoned on the eve of the first anniversary of her death.

The £1 million five bedroom home in Wrotham has remained empty since Peaches, daughter of Live Aid founder Sir Bob Geldof, died of a heroin overdose last April.

The 25-year-old was found dead in an upstairs bedroom at the home, leaving behind her two sons Astala and Phaedra.

It's believed the home has not been placed up for sale.

At the socialite's inquest at Gravesend Old Town Hall, coroner Roger Hatch ruled her death was "drugs related".

Police said they found drug paraphenalia around her body when she was discovered.

It was revealed Peaches had been a heroin addict and had been taking the substitute drug methadone for two-and-a-half years before her death.

Her mum Paula Yates also died of a heroin overdose in 2000 when Peaches was just 11.

According to reports the family are set to hold a reunion on the year anniversary of the 25-year-old's death.
