A 26-year-old man from New Ash Green was located by officers in The Mote and was arrested on suspicion of burglary.

Police Dog Parker and his handler then tracked from the scene of the burglary and soon found a quantity of cigarettes, balaclavas and gloves.

The track continued into Lambardes where a 25-year-old man from Higham was located and also arrested on suspicion of burglary.

Both the men were subsequently bailed pending further investigation.
