Ebbsfleet United have clinched their fifth new signing of the summer.

Craig Braham-Barrett will join the club on August 1, the full-back having been released by National League side Cheltenham Town in May following their relegation from League 2.

The 27-year-old played with Fleet manager Daryl McMahon at Farnborough before spending time with fellow Conference South clubs Havant & Waterlooville and Sutton United.

Braham-Barrett was then reunited with his former Farnborough boss Steve King at Macclesfield, staying there until the summer of 2013 when he signed for Cheltenham.

He made 82 appearances for the Robins in his two seasons at Whaddon Road.

Braham-Barrett joins fellow newcomers John Paul Kissock, Jordan Parkes, Robbie Willmott and Jon Miles in McMahon's Fleet squad ahead of the new Vanarama National League South season, which starts on August 8.
