Ebbsfleet United have signed Woking midfielder Theo Lewis for an undisclosed fee.

Lewis, 23, has played 25 times for the Cards this season, scoring twice, to help them into the hunt for a Vanarama Conference play-off place.

His arrival at the PHB Stadium follows that of striker Danny Kedwell, who has signed an 18-month contract at Ebbsfleet after leaving Gillingham.

Lewis has Football League experience with Cheltenham Town and he was in the Salisbury City team which won promotion via the Conference South play-offs in 2013.

Fleet boss Jamie Day said: "Theo is a talented young player who I have monitored over the last few years. He has lots of energy and is a very good footballer.

"I am pleased to have him on board and look forward to working with him."

Lewis could make his Fleet debut at home to Forest Green Rovers in the FA Trophy on Saturday.
