KM Football Podcast 24 - Steve Brown

Steve Brown spoke about his former player Michael Thalassitis when he joined us to record this week's podcast.

Thalassitis, who played for Brown at Ebbsfleet United, made national headlines when was found dead at the age of just 26.

Brown shares his memories of the striker here and discusses depression within football and how the sport deals with it.

It's a fascinating interview with Brown, who reveals why he decided to walk away from Margate earlier this season.

Brown looks back on his eventful tenure as Fleet manager and reflects on how things ended for him at Dover Athletic.

We also took a trip down memory lane to Brown's playing days with Charlton as well as looking to the future and his plan to coach overseas.
