An appeal has been launched to locate a 26-year-old man.

John Hollingsbee-Pert, from Herne Bay, was reported missing around 12.30am this morning.

He was later seen near St Peter's Road, Margate, at about 7am, but police remain concerned for his welfare.

Mr Hollingsbee-Pert was last seen wearing a bobble hat, black North Face bomber jacket and beige jogging bottoms.

Anyone with information has been urged to call 101, quoting the reference number 23-0017.
