Thomson Snell & Passmore, based in Tunbridge Wells and Dartford, set up sellyourbusiness.ts-p.co.uk using its corporate team’s past experience of buying and selling businesses all over the country.

The interactive micro site offers practical tips for entrepreneurs by breaking down the steps involved in selling a business.

The eight-lawyer team has helped hundreds of business owners sell their businesses, with sale worth up to £25 million.
