Monitoring and managing employee absenteeism

Summer has arrived and it's that time of year when unplanned absence may increase among your employees. 

Whilst a majority of staff illness will be genuine, popular sporting events such as the World Cup and Wimbledon, combined with the good weather and the start of the school holidays could encourage some employees to 'pull a sickie'.
