Clive Emson to auction off woodland and Dover property

The one-bedroom property in Folkestone Road, Dover, is due to go up for auction with Clive Emson next month.

It is described as a "modernised one-bedroom flat", and has a guide price of £45,000 to £50,000.

Another item of interest is a parcel of woodland just off the Leas in Faversham.

The land has a guide price of between £7,000 and £8,000 and is freehold.

The auction will be held at the Clive Emson Conference Centre, Maidstone, on Tuesday, February 6.
