Ice skating legends Jayne Torvill and Christopher Dean were in Chatham last night to watch Vanilla Ice in panto.

The pair became friends with the American rapper when he appeared on the ITV show Dancing On Ice in February.

They came to see him play Captain Hook in Peter Pan at the Central Theatre.

Ice posted on Twitter "So nice of @Torvillanddean to show up tonight at Peter Pan, good times!". They tweeted back "You were an awesome Captain Hook!"

More than 30,000 people are expected to have seen the show by the time it ends on Saturday.
