Turn off your mobile phone by 10pm if you want to stay happy.
That's the suggestion of a study by the University of Glasgow which links unhappiness and sleep deprivation to an excessive phone usage at night time.
With data coming from 91,000 people, it reveals those who spend the night checking social media, watching television and roaming the house rate themselves as less happy and more lonely.
But what about you? When do you turn off your phone at night? We asked shoppers in Rochester.
Every morning at 10am we play you an hour of tunes from the 90s. We call it, #WeLoveThe90s.
