Young striker Jack Marriott has left Gillingham after only one appearance.

He was recalled by Ipswich Town, who have sent him back to Skrill Premier Woking where Marriott scored nine goals in as many games before joining Gills.

The 19-year-old signed for Gills on a youth loan deal until the end of the season but played just once for the club, a late substitute appearance in the 2-1 defeat by Brentford last Friday.
