Margate enjoyed a 3-1 win at home to Harrow Borough, with Charles Ademeno putting them ahead inside a minute at Hartsdown Park.

The visitors levelled through a Phil Walsh own goal but Walsh then scored at the right end to put Gate back in front and Zac Attwood struck to seal the win.

Leigh Bremner scored on his 300th appearance for Cray Wanderers but it was scarcely a consolation as the Wands were thrashed 6-1 at home by AFC Hornchurch.

Thamesmead Town are still looking for their first point of the season after letting a two-goal lead slip at Billericay. Jon Main and Danny Phillips looked to have put Mead in control but the Essex side came back to win 3-2.

In Division 1 South, Hythe Town continued their unbeaten start to the season with a 4-0 win at Walton & Hersham. Dave Cook (2), Shaun Welford and Michael Yianni scored their goals.

Ramsgate picked up the result of the day by winning 4-0 away to Guernsey. Olly Schulz, James Everitt (2) and Ian Pulman ensured a happy return flight from the Channel Islands.

An 89th-minute Jordan Wells goal handed Whitstable Town their first win of the season, 3-2 at home to Chipstead. Mo Takaloo and James Morrish had earlier found the net for the Oystermen.

Folkestone Invicta lost 1-0 at home to Walton Casuals, while a 2-0 defeat for Sittingbourne at Merstham leaves the Brickies bottom of the table and yet to score in three outings.

Rhys Lawson and Dave Botterill were on target for Faversham Town, who saw off Horsham 2-1 at Salters Lane to record their first win.

Herne Bay, meanwhile, salvaged a 2-2 draw away to Worthing. Sam Hasler had put Bay in front but they trailed 2-1 until James Turner struck in stoppage-time.

The only club in Kent still boasting a 100% record is VCD Athletic, who moved top of Division 1 North with a 3-1 win over Aveley. Tyrus Gordon-Young scored twice for the Vickers, whose other goal came from James Duckworth.

Erith & Belvedere won 1-0 at Burnham Ramblers thanks to a James Lawrence penalty.

Goals from Andy Constable and Alfie May saw Chatham Town come from behind to lead against Barkingside, but they went on to lose 3-2 at Maidstone Road.
