Unbeaten rugby teams clash in Vase

A POTENTIAL clash of two table-topping, unbeaten teams has emerged for Whitstable Rugby Club in the fourth round of the EDF Energy Junior Vase.

They have been drawn away to Sussex League 1 side Horsham who, like themselves, are unbeaten after the first six games of the league season.

Kent rivals Medway have a similarly daunting task, away to Hampshire 1 leaders Trojans.

There are also away ties for Kent’s survivors in the EDF Energy Senior Vase fourth round, Aylesford Bulls at Old Elthamians, Deal and Betteshanger at Old Wellingtonians, and Tonbridge Juddian at Tadley, Berkshire.

The games will be played on Saturday, December 9.
