Trivia fans will have angels at their shoulders for the KM Ashford Big Charity Quiz.

Employees from Office Angels will be runners at the popular event organised by the KM’s charity department to raise funds for causes including Ashford Foodbank.

The recruitment consultant's Ashford branch, which currently has the biggest temp desk in the UK wide company, is providing enthusiastic temps to collect completed quiz forms and perform other tasks as needed on the night.

Principal manager Helana Barnes said: “We have a great choice of temps to represent us for the evening. The word has got around and our candidates are only too pleased to show their skills to local potential employers.”

Temp consultant Lindsay Prescott added: “We look forward to the Big Quiz every year as it’s a fun way to support local charities.”

Event organiser Dominic Comins of the KM Charity Team thanked Office Angels for all their support over the last few years. He said: “Their temps are a joy to work with and help the event to run smoothly. It wouldn’t be the same without them.”

He added: “There’s still time for quiz teams to enter and have the chance to win prizes from Hornby as well as £500 in cash with the KM Cash Builder.”

Funds raised will also go to KM Walk to School, Kent Multiple Sclerosis Therapy Centre, and road safety training for children.

Price per team is £65 inclusive of a drink on arrival, ploughman’s dinner, entry into a prize draw to win a P&O Ferry ticket, and bottle of wine on the table.
