One man suffered a fractured eye socket after a fight in Gabriels Hill, Maidstone at the weekend

A man was left with a fractured eye socket after a fight in Gabriels Hill, Maidstone.

Police are appealing for witnesses after the fracas broke out at around 11.30pm at the top of the hill on Friday night.

Two men, aged 27 and 19, were arrested on suspicion of affray, and have been released on police bail while investigations continue.

The 19-year-old suffered the fracture as well as a nose injury, and the 27-year-old a swollen jaw.

Among the witnesses they're looking for are a well-dressed group which included one man who was wearing a kilt.
