Maidstone: Burglar thwarted by homeowner during break-in

A burglar left empty-handed from a house he had broken into after being disturbed by the homeowner.

Officers investigating the burglary at a house in Maidstone have released a computer-generated image of a man they would like to speak to.

He is described as a white man, aged between 40 and 50, 5ft 8in tall and spoke with a London accent.

The burglary took place at 7.55pm on Saturday, February 10, at a house in Charlesford Avenue, Maidstone.

The burglar was disturbed by an occupant at the house and left empty-handed.
