Concern for woman on Maidstone railway track

Police officers led a woman to safety this morning after she was spotted on a railway track.

Patrols were called to the Maidstone train line at about 2am today. Teams on the ground were assisted by the force helicopter.

Officers spoke to the woman and recovered her safely.

The exact location is not yet known.
