There were delays on the M20 this morning after two separate incidents.

A lane was closed between J8 for Leeds and J9 for Ashford in the coast bound carriageway due to a broken down lorry.

Shortly after Kent Highways reported that there was also a lane closed on the motorway between J7 for Detling and J8 for Leeds, following a collision.

Drivers have been warned to approach the area with caution and allow extra time for their journeys.
