A woman was given first aid by firefighters after a crash left her trapped in her car.
Crews had to cut the roof off her vehicle to get her to safety following a collision with a van.
It happened in Cox Street, Detling, at around 3pm.
Two fire engines were sent to the scene and police also attended.
A Kent Fire and Rescue Service spokesman said the woman was later passed into the care of paramedics.
Crews remained at the scene until 4.45pm.
