Firefighters called to fire at an industrial unit in Tovil this morning

Firefighters were called to an industrial unit fire in Tovil this morning.

Crews discovered the remains of a blaze in the false ceiling of a building in Tovil Mill at about 9am. It had caused a large build-up of smoke in the structure.

Fire officers used two ventilations fans to remove the smoke from the premises.

There were no reported injuries. The cause of the fire is believed to be accidental, caused by an electrical fault.
