It is alleged a man exposed himself through the window of a property in Old Tovil Road on May 11.

His victim was sitting alone in a room with the curtains open when the man knocked on the window and waved to get their attention.

Since the incident, police haves spoken with neighbours and nearby businesses as part of their enquiries.

Det Insp Ian Wadey said: "Crimes of this nature are extremely rare in Kent, however this incident will no doubt have been very distressing for the young person and their family. We are continuing to do all we can to identify any potential suspects or witnesses who may have important information.

"We are hopeful someone will recognise the person in this image, which is an important line of enquiry.’
