Motorists are facing delays after a van crashed into a set of traffic lights.
The accident happened outside Morrisons on New Hythe Lane, Larkfield, at around 3.35pm.
No injuries have been reported but the lights are out of action.
An engineer is on site trying to fix them, and police officers are still present directing traffic.
The southern carriageway remains blocked.
