Relief as missing father Ricky Francomb from Snodland is found

A man who hadn't been seen for 10 days has been found, his family have confirmed.

Ricky Francomb, from Snodland was last seen driving seen driving near a petrol station on the A228 Snodland heading towards the M20 on Wednesday August 24.

The 56-year-old who runs Francombs Sandwich Shop in Medway with family members is a keen fisherman and was believed to be heading towards Wiltshire.

His son Paul posted on Facebook to say he had been located.

His message added: "The overwhelming response we have had in regards to my dad has been amazing.

"On behalf of all of my family and myself we would like to thank each and every one of you. We are now taking the necessary steps to ensure dad returns safely home. Thank you once again."

A police spokesman confirmed Mr Francomb has been found safe and well.
