Emergency services have been on the scene of a multi-vehicle crash on a busy stretch of motorway this morning.

Two lanes of the M20 London-bound between junctions 6 for Maidstone and 5 for Aylesford were closed earlier, but all lanes are now open.

Drivers are urged to approach the scene with caution.

A Kent Police spokesman confirmed the incident, just before 11am, resulted in no injuries.

Debris had to be removed from the motorway by Highways England and the scene was clear by 12.27pm.

The crash follows an earlier incident on the same carriageway between junction 4 for Aylesford and 3 for Leybourne.

Two cars collided at 6.31am and the scene was all clear by 7.13am, with no reports of any injuries.
