Police and ambulance crews are currently attending a crash on a busy roundabout.
Officers were called at 1.56pm to the incident on the roundabout leading to Medway City Estate, opposite McDonald's.
It is said to involve at least one car, a silver Corsa, and a lamppost.
Two police cars and one ambulance are currently at the scene.
A person involved in the incident has declined hospital treatment.
