Confident Gillingham FC supporter shaves prediction into his head

One Gills fan used his head when it came to predicting Gills' score against Coventry today - but in the end the Kent team just didn't have the right style.

The Gillingham supporter shaved his predicted result of today's Sky Bet League One match against Coventry City into the back of his head.

The mystery fan was so confident that the Gills would beat the Sky Blues 5-0 that clearly a bet, Facebook post, or tweet was just not enough.

In the end the match was hair-raising - but not for the right reasons.

Coventry walked away with a 4-1 victory, meaning the northern side were definitely a cut above.

A picture of the fan's close shave was tweeted by his beloved club with the caption "We had one extra dedicated #gills fan email in their prediction for this afternoon's game... #RoarUsOn."

What the fan will now do with his haircut hasn't been revealed.
