Man taken to hospital after attack near Chatham Cemetery

A man has been taken to hospital following an attack near a cemetery.

The incident happened at 4pm yesterday evening in Palmerstone Road, Chatham.

A 34-year-old man has been arrested and remains in police custody.

The victim was left with cuts and bruises.

Inquiries are ongoing.
