Peter Andre and boy band Blue to appear at Rochester Castle

Peter Andre and Blue will be getting close to you this summer at Rochester Castle.

The stars will all rise to the occasion on Thursday, July 16, supported by The Voice winner Jermain Jackman.

Blue, fronted by ex-chatham Grammar School pupil Lee Ryan, rose to fame with their top five single All Rise and continued their success with three number one albums in the noughties.

More recently band members have appeared in Strictly Come Dancing, Dancing on Ice, Big Brother and Holby City.

Peter Andre is returning to the Castle Concerts with tracks from his Big Night album inspired by a recent trip to New Orleans.

Both headliners will be presenting music at the Rochester concert, but Medway council says fans can expect a sing-a-long to the old favourites including Blue’s One Love and Guilty, and of course, Peter Andre’s worldwide hit Mysterious Girl.

Tickets go on sale on sale on Tuesday, March 24 at 10am.
