Police were called out to Borstal last night after concerns for a woman.
The incident began at around 10pm regarding concern for the welfare of a woman in Rochester.
Officers were seen around Shorts Way and Borstal Street in Borstal village.
The helicopter assisted with the search and the woman was found safe and well shortly before 1am.
She was found by Medway Coastguard.
