Accident at Dock Road and Wood Street roundabout, Gillingham, leads to road closures

A man has been airlifted to hospital after a crash involving three vehicles.

Emergency services were called just before noon to the collision at the Dock Road and Wood Street roundabout.

Diversions were in place but all roads have now been re-opened.

A police spokesman said: "We attended the scene of a three vehicle collision in Dock Road, Chatham, after receiving a call at 11.47am on Friday, August 4.

"Secamb and the Air Ambulance were also in attendance and one man has been airlifted to a London Hospital. The road is now fully open."
