Kent Air Ambulance lands in Lordswood after woman suffers fall

A woman was taken to a specialist London hospital following a fall in the Towns this morning.

The Kent Air Ambulance was called out Lordswood, shortly after 7.30am.

The crew and paramedics were called out to a private address after the woman fell.

She was taken by land ambulance to King's College Hospital, in Denmark Hill, after what medics described as an accidental injury.

The air ambulance landed at a nearby park, but was not needed.

The woman's injury is not thought to be weather-related and the extent of it is not known.
