That’s the message from Armadillo Self Storage which is backing the highlight of the county’s quiz calendar.

Wit, wine and wisdom will flow in equal measure on Friday, April 21 at Kent Sport, which is playing host to the Canterbury heat of the Big Quiz. Funds raised on the night will be doubled by Barclays bank and the bumper charity pot shared between Motor Neurone Disease Association, League of Friends at Kent and Canterbury Hospital and road safety services for children.

Event organiser Dominic Comins, of the KM Charity Team, said: “Friends, families and work colleagues regularly rub shoulders at the Big Quiz and have a thoroughly entertaining night out.”

He added: “Don’t miss out on your chance to enjoy table wine, a selection of delicious treats plus the chance to win some fantastic individual prizes throughout the night, including Hornby collectables and a pair of Eurostar tickets.”

Liquid refreshment will be available at the charity bar stocked by Shepherd Neame and staffed by a team from Barclays.

The top trivia teams will be invited to battle it out at the Big Quiz final where they’ll take on the cream of the quizzing crop from the Ashford, Medway, and Maidstone heats.

To book a team of eight, visit www.kmbigquiz.co.uk and use the discount code KMNEWS17 to enjoy a great evening for less than £7 a head.

Supporters of the Big Quiz include Armadillo Self Storage, IMP Event Production and Office Angels.
