How to complain about articles in a KM Group newspaper or website

The KM Group is a member of the Independent Press Standards Organisation (Ipso). We take complaints about editorial content seriously and will investigate any issues raised by readers.

We abide by the Ipso rules and regulations and the Editors’ Code, which it enforces. To see the Editors’ Code click here . To read more about Ipso click here.

We aim to resolve your complaint efficiently and promptly. If we are unable to reach agreement on a complaint within a reasonable time, you will be able to pass it to Ipso for resolution.

If at any stage of the process we do not hear from you for a period of 28 days we will consider the complaint closed.

If you are not satisfied with our handling of the complaint, please contact Ipso.
