Hampton Heights, a development by Blueberry Homes of two and three-bedroom luxury apartments, in Hampton Bay, between Herne Bay and Whitstable, is being launched by Knight Frank on Good Friday to Easter Sunday.
Aimed at a wide range of buyers, these 24 new homes offer uninterrupted sea views, luxurious accommodation and direct access to the seafront.
Susan Bennett, sales manager, said visitors can now see the show home.
She said: "With spring approaching, buyers are starting to finalise decisions and plan their move.
"Hampton Heights is ideal as a first-time buy or second home and with its fantastic location on the seafront and in light of the uplift in interest we’re seeing from buyers following a slow few months, it’s likely these new homes will be snapped up quickly.
"The prime location on the Western Esplanade, and proximity to the waterfront as well as the town and beautiful Kent countryside beyond, is especially appealing."
The sales manager added: "Hampton Heights has been finished to an exceptionally high standard, with the light interiors, detailed specification and top-of-the-range fittings and fully-integrated appliances."
All apartments have outdoor space, either a terrace or balcony. Prices start from £174,995. The development has secure gated parking.
The kitchens will be fitted with solid wood and gloss units, granite worktops and oak flooring. All properties have a videophone entry system.
Central London is less than 90 minutes away by rail and the journey is due to reduce to 72 minutes when Kent’s new high speed rail link is introduced.
