Wards is seeking a "positive, energetic" person to join its Broadstairs branch as a part-time trainee estate agent.

Wards is part of Arun Estates, the largest independent estate agency in the south east. It is offering £18,000 as a basic starting salary that could climb to as much as £25,000 pro rata in the first year alone.
