Man, 85, fights for life after being knocked down by car in Borough Green High Street

An 85-year-old man is fighting for his life after being hit by a car in Borough Green.

He was taken to hospital with life-threatening injuries after being knocked down in High Street on Friday.

Police are now appealing for witnesses to the collision involving a silver Vauxhall Astra.

Emergency services were called to the scene at 11.10am.

The elderly man was taken to King's College Hospital in London with life-threatening injuries.
