Police are looking for information following a serious crash which left a man with life-threatening injuries.

At 5.05pm yesterday, police were called to the A225 Shoreham Road in Shoreham, near Sevenoaks, to reports of a crash.

A red Rover 45 had left the road and hit trees before coming to a stop at the bottom of a grassy bank.

The man in his 50s from Swanley was taken to hospital in London.

His injuries are described as "life-threatening".

Officers closed the road whilst the Serious Collision Investigation Unit were on scene.
