Suspected Sevenoaks drug dealer appears in court after county line raid

A 23-year-old suspected county line dealer has appeared in court accused of peddling drugs in Sevenoaks.

It follows an arrest at an address in Orpington on Wednesday.

Inside the property, a team from Kent Police’s county line and gangs team found a “quantity of crack cocaine, some digital scales and more than £1,300 in cash”.

A Kent Police spokesman said: “Devaughn Heath, of Horsell Road, Orpington, was later charged with being concerned in the supply of crack cocaine, being concerned in the supply of heroin, possessing crack cocaine with intent to supply and possessing criminal property – namely the seized cash.”

He was remanded to Medway Magistrates’ Court and will next appear at a Maidstone Crown Court hearing on a date to be confirmed.
